Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations as orders are processed quickly.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What is your returns policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

    •    Unworn and unwashed

    •    Clean and in original condition

    •    With all original tags attached


For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business daysback to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
