Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aspire. We want you to love your purchase, however we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. Please read the information below carefully.

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it as orders are processed quickly.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Returns on Change of Mind

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn and unwashed

    •    Clean and in original condition

    •    With all original tags attached

    •    Where reasonably possible, returned in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and water bottles cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability.


Option A – Direct Exchange

If your requested size or colour is available, we will exchange your returned item once it has been received and inspected.


Option B – Store Credit

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item to be used on a future purchase.


To request an exchange, please contact contact@aspiregymwear.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

We don’t charge for a restocking fee.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.


Legal Rights (UK Consumers)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if you change your mind.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, staining, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
