Processing
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Anything after goes out the next working day. We don’t ship at weekends or on UK bank holidays.
United Kingdom
£4.99 standard. Free on orders over £50.
2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Europe
£9.95 flat.
Typically 3–7 working days, up to 11 for some destinations. Royal Mail International Tracked.
Free on orders over £120
Rest of world
£14.95 flat.
Typically 5–10 working days, up to 17 for some destinations. Royal Mail International Tracked.
Free on orders over £150
A note on customs & duties
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to local import duties, VAT, and a small customs handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and we can’t predict or absorb them.
The United States is the exception — we cover import duties on all US orders, so there’s nothing extra to pay at the door.
We’re working on an IOSS arrangement for EU customers that’ll let you pay everything upfront at checkout. Until that’s live, please factor in that a customs charge may apply.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel leaves us.
Missing parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 working days for the UK, or 21 working days for international, email contact@aspiregymwear.com and we’ll chase it with Royal Mail.
Wrong address
Please double-check yours at checkout. We can’t redirect or refund parcels sent to addresses entered incorrectly at the time of order.
