ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day (working days only).

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.


Who do you ship with?

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

How much is delivery?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free delivery offers will also be clearly displayed.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

We don’t currently offer this service but orders are processed the same or next day.

How do I track my order?

If you choose a tracked delivery service, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched

How do I choose the right size?


Each product includes a size guide to help you find the best fit.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations as orders are processed quickly.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What is your returns policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

    •    Unworn and unwashed

    •    Clean and in original condition

    •    With all original tags attached


For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless faulty.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Our activewear is designed for training, movement and everyday performance.

For high-impact activities, we recommend checking the product description for support and fit details.

Product Care

To keep your ASPIRE pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend following the care instructions below:

    •    Cold wash at 30°C

    •    Wash with similar colours

    •    Do not tumble dry

    •    Do not bleach

    •    Do not iron

    •    Do not use fabric softener

    •    Hang dry only

Our fabrics are designed to be soft, sculpting, and 4-way stretch. Following these care instructions will help maintain the fit, stretch and performance of your activewear.
