Product Care
To keep your ASPIRE pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend following the care instructions below:
• Cold wash at 30°C
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
• Do not use fabric softener
• Hang dry only
Our fabrics are designed to be soft, sculpting, and 4-way stretch. Following these care instructions will help maintain the fit, stretch and performance of your activewear.
DELIVERY INFO
We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched the same working day, while orders placed after 12:00pm on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days once dispatched. Standard delivery costs £4.99 on orders under £50, and we offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached and, where possible, in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and water bottles cannot be returned unless faulty. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is incorrect or faulty. We also offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours subject to availability, or store credit if the requested item is unavailable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days once returns are received and inspected.
